Tocatorul respecta normele de igiena HACCP si normele sanitare.
Tocatoarele HACCP in 6 culori sunt recomandate pentru a fi utilizate pe diverse grupe de alimente, in scopul de a evita contaminarea cu mirosuri si bacterii de la alte grupe de alimente folosite anterior pe acelasi tocator.
Suprafata neteda non-poroasa impiedica patrunderea lichidelor, mirosurilor si a bacteriilor.
Tocatoarele sunt rezistente la deformare, socuri mecanice, aschiere, rezistente la pete, usor de curatat, potrivite pentru masina de spalat vase. Datorita faptului ca suprafata tocatorului nu este aspra, lamele cutitelor nu se vor toci sau deteriora foarte repede.
Pentru a pastra suprafata non-poroasa si a prelungi viata de utilizare a tocatorului, va recomandam sa scoateti tocatoarele din masina de spalat vase inainte de ciclul de uscare si sa permiteti uscarea la aer.
